"That boy"
That's how 46 year-old Congressman Geoff Davis (R-Kentucky) described 47 year-old Senator Barack Obama at a northern Kentucky Lincoln Day dinner over the weekend. He remarked at the GOP dinner that he recently participated in a "highly classified, national security simulation" with Obama.
"I'm going to tell you something: That boy's finger does not need to be on the button," Davis said. "He could not make a decision in that simulation that related to a nuclear threat to this country."An aide to Davis, Jeremy Hughes, declined to comment on the remark, and didn't dispute the accuracy of the quote. Here's the response from the Obama camp:
“It’s hard to tell what is more outrageous - the condescending and personal attack, or his absurd and offensive claim that Barack Obama is not prepared to defend America.Source: USA Today
