Green Party nominates six state legislative candidates
At yesterday's nominating convention for the Green Party, six legislative candidates were nominated as candidates in this year's election cycle, including a candidate to run against House District 39 candidate Dwayne Dobbins. Here's the list:
House District 33: Conrad Harvin; will face incumbent Fred Allen (D-Little Rock)
House District 39: Richard Carroll; will face Dwayne Dobbins (D-North Little Rock)
House District 42: Gene Mason; will face Val Yagos (D) and Jane English (R)
House District 50: Brian Barnett; will face Monty Betts (D) and Kyle Reeves (R)
House District 68: Mary Boley; will face Thomas Akin (D) and Andrea Lea (R)
House District 90: Wendy Crow; will face incumbent Roy Ragland (R-Marshall)
In addition to these state legislative candidates, Deb McFarland was also nominated to contest incumbent Congresman Vic Snyder (D-Little Rock).
