Texas A&M-Texarkana ribbon cutting

Here's a picture from the mailbag showing the dedication ceremony of the Texas A&M-Texarkana Science & Technology Building at the new campus yesterday morning. Speakers were Ross Perot and Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst. The bigger news yesterday was the Texarkana College Board's failure to renew the contract of President Frank Coleman by a 5-4 vote.
