Governor recommends party chair

Governor Beebe has made a recommendation for the chairmanship of the Democratic Party of Arkansas. The person's hasn't been named publicly, but an announcement will be made soon. The new chair will replace Bill Gwatney, who was shot and killed at the Democratic Party HQ on August 13.
