• Sheila Castin, Little Rock, to the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners
• Glen Dabney, Monticello, to the Arkansas State Land Information Board
• Bill Elliott, Jr., Lake Village, reappointed to the Arkansas Agriculture Board
• Randy Everett, Cabot, reappointed to the Arkansas State Land Information Board
• Nancy Firmin, Fayetteville, to the Washington County Quorum Court, District 7
• Louise Fryer, Eudora, to the Chicot County Quorum Court, District 9
• John Ed Isbell, Mountain Home, to the Arkansas State Land Information Board
• Dr. Glen Jones, Jonesboro, to the Arkansas Science and Technology Authority
• Nora Moses, Dermott, to the Board of Reg. for Prof. Engineers and Land Surveyors
• Dr. John Robinette, Sheridan, to the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine
