Monday Projections/Endorsements

Arkansas Business Publisher Jeff Hankins makes his election predictions, which include an Obama presidency after being routed here in Arkansas. I tend to think Obama will fare better here. He also predicts that the lottery amendment will pass with 60% of the vote and that Gil Baker will hang on to his seat.
