Arkansas House Democrats coming to a town near you
House Democrats are taking our show on the road to spread our legislative message and success to the people. We'll be driving across eastern Arkansas this Saturday. The bus will leave the Capitol at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, and the stops will be as follows:
9:40 a.m. -- Searcy (White County Courthouse)
10:45 a.m. -- Newport (Kelley's Grill);
12:15 p.m. -- Jonesboro (Craighead Co. Courthouse);
2:00 p.m. -- West Memphis (Regions Park);
3:15 p.m. -- Forrest City (Civic Center); and
We'll arrive back at the Capitol by 5:15 p.m. so that members can get to two other important events on Saturday night:
6:00 p.m. - Benton Sports Museum Annual Banquet; and
7:00 p.m. - Mark Pryor's re-election kick-off Fundraiser at the Peabody.
Look forward to seeing you on the road -- come hear about the L.E.A.D. Arkansas package and the record $319 million tax cut we've been able to shepherd through the Capitol to completion.
The 2nd leg of this tour will take us through northwest Arkansas next Saturday (March 17). The final leg will cover southern Arkansas on March 24.
