David & Barbara Pryor and Parker Westbrook down to Hot Springs tonight for the annual Henry Awards banquet at the Hot Springs Convention Center -- talk about an invaluable analysis on Arkansas politics. I got to hear just about every campaign and legislative story from 1954 up to about 1984.
