Governor signing HB1443 today at 2:30

Governor Beebe will sign HB1443 into law today at 2:30 p.m. in the Governor’s Conference Room at the Capitol. This is the legislation that exempts low-income Arkansans living below the federal poverty line from paying state income tax.
