More vetoes
Thanks again to Rep. Jeff Wood for the heads up:
SB761 - 15:09:56 - Received message from the Governor that SB761 was vetoed. This is Sen. Whitaker's bill for an appropriation to a riverfront development project in Ozark.
SB629 - 15:09:32 - Received message from the Governor that SB629 was vetoed. This is Sen. Miller's bill for an appropriation to Ozarka College.
SB483 - 15:09:09 - Received message from the Governor that SB483 was vetoed. This is Sen. Luker's bill for an appropriation to ADED for the Technology Center of the Delta.
SB438 - 15:04:33 - Received message from the Governor that SB438 was vetoed. This is Sen. Luker's bill for an appropriation to the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission for the White River Levee District.
HB2780 - 15:00:32 - Received message from the Governor that HB2780 was vetoed. This is Rep. Creekmore's bill that is discussed a few posts down.
I think this concludes all outstanding legislation. That leaves eight vetoes that could be considered for an override on May 1. Just from a cursory glance, the only likely candidate would be Rep. Creekmore's HB2780 (and perhaps Rep. Dunn's HB2396).
