Saturday events around the state

Lots going on today. I'm going to head up to the 11th Annual Whistlestop Festival in Ashdown for the 5K this morning, then I'll be at the office. There's also the 19th Annual Yell Fest, the 11th Annual Rough & Ready Days (Monticello), and the 34th Annual Territorial Fair (LR). A couple of other local events include a bluegrass festival in Hope's Fair Park and a cast iron cooking exhibit at Millwood State Park. The governor will be giving the commencement address at Harding this morning.
