This week at the Capitol

On Tuesday, both the House and Senate Education Committees will meet at 10:00 a.m. in Rm. 171 (House agenda; Senate agenda). The committees are expected to adopt interim study proposals, discuss items related to the creation of the Joint Adequacy Evaluation Oversight Subcommittee of the Interim Committees on Education, and will review an education policy report by the University of Arkansas.

On Wednesday, two committees of Legislative Council will meet. At 10:00 a.m., Personnel meets in Rm. 171, and at 1:00 p.m., PEER meets in the same room.

There are numerous meetings on Thursday:
10:00 a.m. Public Health (Rm. 130) (House agenda, Senate agenda)
12:00 p.m. Legislative Facilities (Rm. 138
1:00 p.m. Joint Advanced Comm. & IT (Rm. 171)
1:30 p.m. Joint Energy (Rm. 149)

Council will meet on Friday. The policy making committee of Council will also meet Frisday morning at 8:00 a.m. Here's the agenda.
