Oaklawn waiting on court decision before expanding gaming area -- Updated

AP story. I wonder why the track is seeking experienced dealers (as advertised on the marquee out front)? I'm pretty certain that's what was displayed yesterday, and I've also had a constituent call about it. Is there an electronic game of skill that requires a dealer?

Update: Rep. Rick Saunders tells me that the track is indeed anticipating the use of an electronic game that will add a "human element and a little personality" to assist players. There you go.

Update II: Here's a somewhat related article form the Arkansas News Bureau with an update on the finalizing of bingo and raffle rules in the state.
