Young Democrats National Convention

I'm headed over to Dallas today to speak to our regional caucus of the Young Democrats of America. I'll be following Gen. Wesley Clark and presidential hopeful John Edwards on the agenda, both of whom will be speaking earlier in the afternoon. Gary Moody, E.D. of the Young Democrats of Arkansas, is also scheduled to address the convention to discuss membership growth, state partnership programs, and getting votes from Facebook.

In Arkansas, the governor will be speaking at the 36th Annual Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast this morning in Ft. Smith (6:30 at the convention center) before heading out to the National Governors Association annnual meeting in Michigan. Lt. Gov. Halter will be in charge of the state until July 23.
