Legislative campaign season is here

More and more campaign kick-off receptions and fundraising events are taking place statewide as candidates begin preparing for the 2008 primary.

House District 58 candidate Jody Dickinson (D-Newport) begins her campaign today with a Noon reception in Little Rock, and Rep. Johnnie Roebuck (D-Arkadelphia) kicks off her reelection campaign from Arkadelphia next Tuesday with an event there. It sounds as if House District 38 could be a race between Jordan Johnson (D-Little Rock) and Ed Linck (R-Little Rock).
