College Hill Elementary receives Blue Ribbon award

The US Department of Education awarded College Hill Elementary School in Texarkana with a certificate recognizing it as a Blue Ribbon School, the only elementary school in Arkansas to have that distinction. 287 schools nationwide were selected as a 2007 No Child Left Behind-Blue Ribbon School. Bentonville High School was the other of Arkansas's 1,076 schools to receive the award.
