Huckabee wins Kansas GOP caucus

Who is the presumed nominee? Despite Kansas Sen. Sam Brownback stumping in his home state for McCain, NBC News is projecting Huckabee as the winner of the just-ended GOP caucus there. With 65 percent of the precincts reporting, Huckabee was leading 61% to 24% for McCain. Ron Paul had 11%. At stake in today's Kansas vote are 36 delegates.
