Louisiana to convene for 2nd special session Sunday

Governor Jindal has placed 12 items on the call for a second special session, including funding for I-49 North near Shreveport from LA173 to LA169.

Update: A supplemental item has been placed on the call to authorize investment in bonds issued by the LA Stadium and Exposition District.
