Lottery debate heating up

Advocates and opponents of the proposed Scholarship Lottery Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution are traveling the state in an attempt to educate voters on the pros and cons of the propsal. Lt. Gov. Bill Halter spent Wednesday in Helena. On the other side of the state, Larry Page hosted a town hall meeting here in Texarkana at Trinity Baptist.
