AACF to release report on juvenile justice reform
Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families will release a report in the morning that shows Arkansas should take advantage of lower juvenile crime rates to transform our juvenile justice system.
The report will be released during a break in a meeting of the Division of Youth Service’s Task Force on Juvenile Justice Reform. The group plans to discuss its rough draft of a transitional plan for juvenile justice reform. The public meeting is from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Meeting Room D of the Donaghey Student Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The release is likely to take place at 10:45.
