We're back in the House Chamber with a two-page calendar. The first item is the referral of HJR1004 to the voters as a constitutional amendment. It passed the House by a vote of 93-0 with one voting present (Rep. Flowers) and is now being transmitted to the Senate. They will vote on it tomorrow, and if it passes, it will go to the voters for consideration on the November, 2010 ballot.
