Debate from the Tennessee Senate chamber
I can't wait until Arkansas stores video from legislative proceedings online. I think it's good for open government and good for the electorate. Here's a lively debate from yesterday's Senate chamber in Nashville on illegal immigration. FF ahead to 1:03:30 for the better parts, including testimony from the former Lt. Governor of that state as to why he feels compelled to declare a "Rule 13" (a conflict declaration*) because of workers in his cotton gin.
