Injunction sought to stop Little Rock's August 14 election

The Arkansas Blog is reporting that a lawsuit has been filed in the Eastern District of Arkansas seeking an injunction to stop the special election in Little Rock scheduled for August 14 on the expansion of mayoral powers there. Here's a copy of the Complaint.
