Halter event in Texarkana postponed

Due to the possibility of inclement weather, Lt. Governor Bill Halter's noon event at the Texarkana Chamber today has been postponed. I'll send out the new date and time in my newsletter once it has been reset.

Update: We're finally seeing a mixture of rain/sleet/snow down here.
