Annual Ark. Dept. of Labor workers' safety conference

This morning, I'm attending the workers' safety conference sponsored by the Arkansas Department of Labor here in Texarkana. The conference focuses on becoming ambassadors for safety at the workplace, how to recognize worksite hazards, the avoidance of forklift fatalities, and how to stop the top 10 OSHA violations. Elsewhere in town today, the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce will introduce a new employer, NEW Corp. More on that at 10:00 or a little after.
