Arkansas Supreme Court Justice Tom Glaze to retire

Justice Tom Glaze notified Governor Beebe today that he'll be retiring. He's been on the Supreme Court for 21 years and previously served on the Arkansas Court of Appeals (1981-1986), was a deputy state attorney general, and also spent some time as a Pulaski County chancery judge.
