Rebecca Gwatney to fill slot at convention

Governor Beebe announced this morning that Rebecca Gwatney (pictured right), the widow of slain Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney, will fill his spot at the Democratic National Convention in Denver next week. The governor made the motion, and it was approved by delegates in a conference call. Here's more from the Associated Press.
