Tax Free Holiday in Texarkana

Here's the scene at Central Mall on the Texas-side this morning at daybreak during today's 17 mile run (which might as well have been 100 miles after yesterday's 30 mile bike/8 mile run). Workers were beginning to arrive in the parking lot early in order to prepare for the last day of the annual tax free weekend in Texas. Update: If traffic is any indication, retailers had a great weekend. The exit ramps from I-30 became parking lots, and the parking lots at most stores were overflowing.
