Woman leaves teen at the Capitol, asks the governor to take her in

A Jonesboro woman dropped off her 18-year-old daughter of a relative at the governor's office earlier this week with a letter that reads in part as follows:

She is all yours to try and figure out. All I ask is that you take her home with you for a week. You will see how sweet and innocent she can be...
