Tobacco tax bill (HB1204) comes out of Senate committee

The Senate Committee on Revenue and Tax just passed out HB1204 by a vote of 5-2. The most important piece of news to House members is that no amendment was attached in committee. If the bill clears the Senate with a modification, it'll come back over to the House to concur in the amendment.
