Lottery bill to be in engrossed form by tomorrow

We had one final lottery meeting yesterday to hammer out a couple of knots in the lottery legislation. Robbie submitted two amendments to the clerk's office at 5:00 yesterday afternoon, which will be on today's morning calendar. The same thing is taking place over in the Senate. Robbie discusses and links the two amendments over at his blog. It will be ready for debate next week.
