Been a busy day. The sovereignty resolution to give notice and demand to the feds to cease and desist from sending down unconstitutional mandates failed in House State Agencies by a vote of 8-10. We're now debating the graduated license on the floor of the House. Update: The graduated drivers license bill passed with 58 votes in favor.
